How to control anxiety

Since childhood, I have had ADHD and high anxiety. In fact, it is a very common disorder and difficult to deal with, but yoga, medication, and meditation help me a lot. There are moments when I am sitting in class at school and I need to concentrate or calm down, as my state is similar to a panic attack. Perhaps someone else is also living with this disorder and knows what works best at such moments. Skipping classes all the time is not an option.

Great question! I can relate to you, cos I've recently found out I have a mild stage of this disorder. Later, I found a very unusual life hack that really works, so you should try it. I noticed my brain concentrates very well on images and pictures that look complicated, blurry, non-geometric, non-linear. This is how it works for me: I download a few images from the depositphotos platform in advance and print them out. But it's not just an image, it's a topographical map, because such images make you look at them for a long time and consider the details. Then I print out these images and colour them in. It is extremely calming and focusing. You can also try it on paper or do it on a tablet and find images that you like (the image library on the website is huge).

I agree! Great site and awesome pictures. By the way, they currently have a favourable discount if you just sign up. As far as I remember, the current offer is as follows: Get 100 images for $80 instead of $299. Also they have a very useful option for new users. Basically you can choose a free subscription for a week or upload a single photo with a watermark to see if the quality of the illustrations suits you, etc.
