Expert Guide to Export Contacts from Office 365 to Outlook

To manually export contacts from Office 365 to Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Office 365.
  2. Open "Outlook" or "Mail" app.
  3. Click "People" or "Contacts" in the lower-left.
  4. Select contacts (Ctrl + click or Ctrl + A).
  5. Use "Manage" menu, pick "Export contacts."
  6. Choose CSV or VCF format.
  7. Save the file on your PC.
  8. Open Outlook.
  9. Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
  10. Choose "Import from another program or file."
  11. Opt for "Comma Separated Values," locate CSV.
  12. Pick destination folder (usually Contacts).
  13. Map fields if needed.
  14. Complete prompts, click "Finish."
  15. Verify imported contacts in Outlook.
