According to me, Linux is better than windows because of the following reasons
In general, Linux is more secure than Windows. Even when new attack routes are discovered in Linux, the open-source technology allows anybody to examine the flaws, making the process of identifying and addressing vulnerabilities faster and easier.
The Linux operating system, as well as most of its tools and libraries, are completely free and open-source to use and modify.
Because Linux is open-source and easily modifiable, there are a plethora of distributions to choose from, each with its own set of features tailored to the demands of the user. You may even tweak the code and customize the OS yourself if you know how to code.
Customization in the Windows operating system is difficult, and just a few user tweaks are possible.
