The state governments have increased their coordination to share details about migrant workers and those with travel and contact history with Tablighi Jamaat.
They are also trying to ensure safe transportation, screening, monitoring and providing food and healthcare for migrant workers during the ongoing 21-day nationwide lockdown.
All the states have also started to share details who came in contact with members of the Tablighi Jamaat's congregation at Nizamuddin.
They have suggested direct cash transfers to the accounts and ensure jobs of workers and wages should not be cut and healthcare needs must be provided to workers.
Nizamuddin has infected at least 24 people across the country.
