How to Create a Backup of QuickBooks Files?

To create a backup of QuickBooks files you need to apply the following steps:

Ø First thing is to open the company file in single user mode.

Ø Then go to file and select save copy or backup.

Ø Click on the backup copy button and after that choose local backup.

Ø Browse for the location and you can either save it now or later.
