First launch and open Microsoft Outlook, go to the File tab
Now click on the info button and then go to the Cleanup Tools
In the Cleanup Tool wizard will appear, choose Archive
Now Archive wizard will open and then select Archive this folder and all subfolders.
After selecting Archive this folder and all subfolders, choose any one folder which you want to split.
Now check in the box and go to the browse button
Give the destination path where you want to store split data and press the OK button.
