As it is very important to eat good healthy food and vegetables during pregnancy which provides essential minerals and vitamins that helps in the better development of the baby, there are also few types of vegetables that should strictly be avoided by pregnant women. It's because some of these carry the risk and exposure to bacterias which can be harmful for the baby.

 

Vegetables to avoid during pregnancy are:

 

  1. Raw sprouts which include clover, mung bean and alfalfa.

  2. Any pre packaged mix of salad.

  3. Raw radishes.

  4. Any unwashed produce.

  5. Undercooked greens and sprouts.
