You can either apply online or over the phone to Change the date and location of your British Airways flight. You will receive a travel voucher after submitting your application online, which you can use to reserve a new flight with a different date and location.

2. Fill out the online application and submit it

3. Following receipt of your application:

   1. BA will revoke your already-made flight reservations.

   2. Within seven days, BA will offer you a travel voucher.
