Through the My Trip area, you can amend or Cancel your flight. On your flight, you can pay the necessary fee and execute the refund. To complete the cancellation, take the following actions:
Visit My Trips after logging into United.com.
The six-digit booking reference, which is made up of letters and numbers, will be required, along with the last name of the passengers.
Choose the flight leg that you want to cancel.
A non-refundable cancellation fee would be charged to you.
Pay the necessary sum to finish the request on the checkout page.
Your registered email address will receive the confirmation email.
