Passengers may cancel a flight with Frontier Airlines and receive a full refund in some circumstances, according the airline's updated cancellation policy. The following are these circumstances:
You reserve a room at least 168 hours before your travel date and cancel it within 24 hours.
When your flight is cancelled, you choose not to take the next available flight.
You cancel your flight and your ticket (the WORKS package) is refundable.
A ticket purchased between December 22, 2020, and September 30, 2021 is cancelled.
A Last Seat award ticket is cancelled prior to departure.
A reward ticket is cancelled at least 180 days before to departure.
A normal ticket is cancelled at least 60 days before to departure.
Any unique circumstances, such as jury duty, the death or serious sickness of a passenger or close family member (subject to documentary evidence).
Depending on your ticket's tariff terms, you may be charged a cancellation fee in all other circumstances.
Note
If you have a WORKS package ticket, you are eligible to keep the value of your ticket under Frontier cancellation policy.
