• Within 24 hours of the purchase date, travellers can cancel their reservations with Delta under the following conditions:

• When a Delta trip is cancelled, the intended departure date must be 7 days or later.

• No of the class of service that was booked, Delta 24-hour cancellation policy would apply to all fare classes.

• The SkyMiles reward tickets are subject to the Delta award ticket cancellation policy and are not subject to the Delta 24 hour cancellation policy.

• If a booking has more than 9 passengers and is covered by a group contract, a Delta ticket cancellation within 24 hours would not be valid.

• For all flights to and from the US and Canada, Delta's "cancel within 24 hours" policy will be in effect.

• The 24-hour cancellation policy of Delta would not be applicable to flights that were rescheduled or for which a travel credit had already been redeemed.

• The 24-hour cancellation policy of Delta Airlines does not apply to tickets bought with e-certificates.

• Except for airline reservations made with Delta Gift Certificates, which will be reimbursed back in the form of electronic travel certificates, Delta refund requests under 24-hour cancellation will be processed back to the original source of payment within 710 working days.
