When travelling in the UK, what do you call an RV?

In the United Kingdom, no one uses the term "rig" or "RV" to describe their motorhome, caravan, or other mobile home. People here automatically think you've brought in a forty-foot monster from the United States whenever you mention an RV. American Motorhomes, caravans, campervans, and van conversions are the common terms used to describe these vehicles.
