Whenever I tried to connect an app to the QuickBooks Desktop via Web Connector, I started getting QuickBooks Error QBWC1039. I have been attempting to implement almost all the resolution methods as listed on the troubleshooting page of Intuit. It has become a real headache for me because I cannot proceed further due to this. I wasted enough time talking with the Intuit experts to get an adequate response, but still, it was not worth it.
