You can easily fix QuickBooks error code OLSU 1013 by refreshing the connection with the bank. Follow the stepwise guidelines to get rid of the error. 

1. Firstly, verify whether you have any inactive bank accounts with online banking. For this, go to the Company menu and click Chart of Accounts. 

2. You need to choose the Include Inactive box and then search for an inactive account along with a lightning bolt. 

In case, if you see any inactive bank account you need to turn off online banking. 

1. Locate and then right-click on the inactive account.

2. Thereafter, choose Edit Account and then click the Bank Feed Settings tab. 

3. Now, select Deactivate All Online Services and click OK.

4. Click the Save & Close option. 

5. Close and then open the company file.
