Start with your needs, but have an idea of what you can justify in terms of budget. There is no point in wasting time reviewing the most expensive systems just because they have features you might need one day, if you know youll never get sign off. At the same time having the right product features for your business is more important than the price. Think of it like buying a vehicle.
