How to Fix WordPress Syntax Error?

A WordPress Syntax Error arises when the user tries to update theme, plugin, or want to do any other changes in the system by entering incorrect PHP syntax in the editing codes. Users can fix WordPress Syntax Error through FTP or through the control panel.

Through FTP:

1.      If you are facing WordPress Syntax Error, then you need to Find out the folder due to which the issue is arising.

2.      Make a right-click on the folder and choose any options from the menu to add or remove codes.

3.      Once you change the code, you will receive a pop-up message stating that the File Has been Changed.

4.      Confirm by pressing Yes and then refresh the URL of the site.

5.      Your WordPress will start working fine.

Through Control Panel:

1.      To fix the WordPress syntax error through cPanel or file manager, you have to open the File manager.

2.      Go to the Code Editor in the file manager and check the code.

3.      If the code is wrong, then make suitable changes to it by editing or removing the line.

4.      Click on Save Changes, and your WordPress Syntax Error will be fixed.
