For performing the troubleshooting steps, there is a need to enable WordPress logs. WordPress error log helps to find the errors and track their exact source.

The first step is to access the Websites Files which can be done in various ways. The most recommended way is the FTP (File Transfer Protocol). With an FTP client, users can easily log directly to the site. After that, users can make modifications, add, or delete the files. The next step is editing the wp-config.php File.

Next to that, you should do is locating your new WordPress logs. The new error log wont track the problems that occurred previously. For troubleshooting any specific issue, there is a need to trigger the same element that caused the issue. This will ultimately let WordPress to log the error.
