As Modi govt completed its first year in power, Shiv Sena attacked PM Narendra Modi and BJP over the issues of recent migrant crisis and demonetization of 2016.
Shiv Sena compared the imposition of "bungled" lockdown and difficulties being faced by migrants to the plight of the people displaced during the Partition of 1947.
Sena said, "India is fortunate to have leadership like Narendra Modi! He feels for the country and various issues."
"He is a strong and capable leader and there is no alternative to him", it further added.
Shiv Sena said that "some mistakes which had happened in the 60 years (preceding 2014 when the Congress ruled the country), the last six years (of the NDA govt) had also seen some mistakes".
