You can add Arlo security from another account via the Arlo Pro login. You can do it by following the process given below:

Tap on the Arlo app on your mobile or go to myarlo.com through a web browser

 Sign in old Arlo account, click on setting to select 'My Device' option, and you see the list of Arlo camera and base station. Tap on remove from the Arlo account.
