Scrutinize .htaccess file

Well, locate .htaccess file on the root directory of the website file in the server. You can log in to the FTP account. Sometimes corrupt .htaccess file can bring white screen error. Hence, you need to rename the .htaccess file and create a new one. After creating a new file reload the page and see if the error has gone 

Raise the PHP limit of the website 

Sometimes lack of PHP memory can cause white screen error. So you can raise the PHP memory of the website by locating the wp-config.php file and replace the default memory with increased one. 

Remove Themes and Plugins 

Check your theme and make sure that it is not causing the error. Now you need to check themes and plugins which are causing the error. For themes, you can uninstall the theme and upload default themes. For plugins, you need to disable every plugin and find the corrupt one that is causing the error. Uninstall plugins and see if the error has disappeared.

Clear Internet Browser Cache

Sometimes clearing website cache and cookies of the website can solve the error. Try clearing web browser cache and cookies.
