If you find your Arlo camera is offline, then you should not worry; here some simple steps.

·         Take out batteries from Arlo camera from behind

·         Place the battery again in the battery slot

·         The Solid LED green means base station is connected to the internet

·         When LED doesnt flash, then you should check the battery, maybe it not placed correctly

·         Make your battery fully charged if it is low

·         When you see the camera is offline even the battery ii full, then look into the camera

·         Go to the Arlo account setting and turn on the setting

·         Sign out from Arlo account and Sign in again

·         Reboot your computer system
