• PM Modi wished a speedy recovery to his Russian counterpart PM Mikhail Mishustin from the COVID-19.
• PM Modi tweeted, "My best wishes to Russian PM Mishustin for early recovery and good health," 
• "We stand with our close friend Russia in efforts to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic," he added.
• Earlier on Thursday Russian PM Mishustin informed that he had tested positive for COVID-19 and he would self-isolate.
• He said, "I need to self-isolate and follow doctors instructions. This is necessary for the safety of my colleagues."
