Karnataka CM Yediyurappa said that the state govt is in favor of lifting lockdown in districts not affected by the virus.
According to officials, there were no COVID-19 cases in 12 districts of the total 30 districts in the state.
In a bid to increase state revenue, CM said the state intended to relax liquor sales which were banned due to nationwide lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19 after 14th April.
Yediyurappa said that the state MLAs are ready to take a 30% salary cut.
A total number of confirmed cases in Karnataka have reached 181 including 5 deaths.
