  • WB CM Mamata Banerjee targeted PM Modi of urging people to light lamps, candles or switch the flashlights of their mobile phones for nine minutes at 9 pm on April 5. 
  • She said that those who believe in the PMs message can follow his instructions.
  • The PM will speak his mind and I will speak mine. I cannot interfere in someone elses matter", she further added.
  • "If you think that the PM has said something good, follow it...it is a personal decision, Banerjee said.
  • She also rubbished reports that the lockdown was being violated in Kolkata and certain rural areas of the state.
