"Roadrunner Email Settings For Outlook" O365

I frolicked at the telephone with Microsoft and TWC/Spectrum the day gone by trying to get my RR e-mail account set up with Outlook.  Of path as you may imagine, each is pointing to the other as the issue, that's irritating to mention the least. 

The message in Outlook is that there may be an SMTP SSL test failure.  It's stating there are invalid or expired certificates. I attempted logging via an insecure connection, however, it does not paintings either.  And frankly, that is no longer what I would prefer to do.

I even have it set up as IMAP the usage of mail.Twc.Com for incoming/outgoing servers.  I've attempted adding or leaving off the port extension, but no success. The weird issue is that I'm capable of set up the usage of Gmail.  So I am nevertheless not certain if it's a Microsoft or TWC/Spectrum issue.
