1. Open Garmin Express. Click Settings.
2. Click About. Click Check for Updates for Express.
3. Click Install Now if prompted. Mac: 
4. Click Garmin Express in the Apple menu bar. Click About Garmin Express.
5. Click Check for Updates for Express. Once the installation is complete, Garmin Express will be up-to-date.
