Use the Clear and Start Over Feature to downgrade to a lower TurboTax version. Keep in mind that when you use the mentioned feature, you will have to start from scratch, and it will erase all the returns.

·        First of all, sign in to the TurboTax account and then click on Take me to my return.

·        On the left side, click on Tax Tools and further choose Clear and Start Over and then type/select Yes in the pop-up screen

·        After that follow the instructions shared on the screen and complete the process

Please note that you can only use the Clear and Start Over feature if you have not submitted any payment or if any refund fee is not deducted from your TurboTax account. If this is the case, then you must consult the certified experts at Internal Tax Service LLC.
