Using the browser on your system, access the official login page of Norton Vault.
Now click on the option which says Forgot Password.
You would then have to provide your email address and then click on Continue.
An email would be sent to your registered email address along with the instructions to reset the password.
Then click on the reset password button which is provided in the email.
Once you are on the reset password page, enter the new password which you would like to set and click on the Reset Password option.
