I have two SFHs on rental and I use excel to track. I always keep track of all income and expenses by pdf. I have a good scanner scansnap for all my documentation. At the end of the year CPA asks me to submit all info by excel and I do it easily.  

 

If there is some good software to easily track it and upload pdf document, I would like to know.
