Third, the main idea behind this kind of diversified workout is to make you sweat and to condition your muscles. Its a high intensity work out which will encourage you to perform better and better. This is done in groups which motivate a person to do his best. When the other person can do it and somehow you cant, it will help you set your mind in a positive direction. You will feel that even you can do it if others can. This effort will reap its benefit in the long run.
