Currently Sony is working on the Yuga with a 5-inch full-HD screen and Samsung is scheduling to unveil a 4.99-inch full-HD AMOLED display at the CES 2013. Even the LG has joined the race and today an interesting LG F240K has been spotted in the benchmark results with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Smartphone is expected to fall in the high-end category as it is based on 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro beast. It is coupled with Adreno 320 graphic.
The LG F240K was tested on the benchmark site based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS. Till now no details on the hardware is available but it is expected to be unveiled at the upcoming CES 2013 in January 2013.
