I wanted you to know that I'm very impressed with your hot tubs. I have a 2004 Cal Spas 5000 Electronic Series hot tub. I went through a divorce in 2005, just one year after purchasing it in 2004 from Family Leisure in Indianapolis, IN. It sat in storage for 1 year and then outside uninstalled until last month. When I was able to have a concrete pad and the electricity installed; I cleaned the tub and filled it with water. When the electrician turned on the GFI breaker it started heating up the water and going through the filter cycle without a second thought.
I have to say that I was expecting some issues but you built a rugged hot tub. If I ever purchase another hot tub it will definitely be a Cal Spas. I don't know if you hear from customers often but I wanted you to know that you have an awesome product.
