I'm so glad a forum like this exists! 

I'm a 26 year old from the United States looking to go to a one year design school in Singapore. I've looked into getting student loans and I don't think that's going to happen for the specific school I want to go to. From what I understand the next option is personal loans. So my question is where can I go to get a $50,000-60,000, 30 year loan with hopefully a low rate? Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

Yep and if we are talking on this topic then as for me, I also recommend you to check this website with different lenders in the Philippines right there as I'm sure that you will have the chance to find some reliable and trustworthy options for yourself there. Good luck with it there guys.
