I have a bunch of digital pics and videos that I need a correct date for. I have taken a bunch of pics of my new grand kids and am just now cataloging but the dates are inaccurate. In W7 when I click on the pic or video and go to Properties the date it provides is wrong. I need a program that can assign a correct date. I suppose it would have to be something along the lines of a meta tag reader. I loaded all my pics in a PS3 and a free app called "Playing Memories" automatically sorted the content into Year/Month/Day/Time, I assume by reading the meta data. Is there a program that can take my many folders of pics and correctly sort/assign dates?
